Who we are
This website is operated by Bangkok Anti-Aging Co., Ltd. (“BAAC”, “we”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email (optional), preferred branch, your message and the language of the page.
- Health screening quiz: your health goal, name, phone number, LINE ID (optional), preferred branch and date. Your health goal is sensitive personal data, so we only collect it with your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before you submit the quiz.
- Anonymous usage statistics: pages visited, buttons clicked and general device and browser information. These do not include your name, contact details or anything you type into a form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or appointment.
- To recommend a suitable programme or branch.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your form submissions are sent to BAAC’s clinic team and stored in our clinic systems. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (secure storage of enquiries) and PostHog (anonymous website statistics). Some of these providers store data outside Thailand; we only use providers with appropriate safeguards.
If you contact us via LINE, Google Maps or YouTube, those services’ own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and screening information only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law. If you become a patient, your medical records are kept as required by Thai medical regulations.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- ask us to correct, delete or restrict the use of your data;
- object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time;
- ask for your data to be transferred to another organisation;
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
